Bowman came off with heart palpitations half an hour into a game. Medical staff and doctors had to shock his heart back into a beat and he was rushed to hospital. He was released later that evening and has undergone further testing and met with a cardiology specialist. It is not the first time the former Exeter frontman has experienced a heart issue.
