Monique Piske

Athlete Monique Janaína Piske died at the age of 32 this Sunday (2nd), in Guaramirim in the North of Santa Catarina. According to her sister Luciana, she suffered a heart attack at home and was found dead by her parents. A fighter for about five years, in 2018, Monique was the first from Santa Catarina to fight at Portuários Stadium, the largest martial art stadium in the country, and, in the same year and place, she won the 70kg category belt.
