Local Teen, Queen’s University Student Passed Away Suddenly After Medical Emergency
18-year-old Jacob Downey passed away suddenly. The cause is as yet undisclosed. Downey is the second Ontario university student to pass away suddenly recently. A University of Ottawa football player Francis Perron died shortly after the Gee-Gees first game of the season on Saturday September 18th.
